TERMS AND CONDITIONS GETAWAY SUBMISSIONS

Pieces should not be signed
as it makes for a fairer vote if they are anonymous. |

|
Teachers are invited to submit more than one item and we do not guarantee any
submissions a place. |
| |
|
|
|
|
|
Extra costs are always a consideration and we ask that you keep this in mind
when choosing your surface. |
| |
|
|
|
|
|
Different techniques are always popular some suggestions are watercolour, faux
finishes, glass painting, ceramic and silk painting. |

|
|
|
|
The cut off date for submissions is our AGM Saturday, 17th November, 2007. The
successful pieces will be displayed at our February 2008 meeting. Successful
artists will be notified in writing mid to late December, 2007. |

|
All due care is taken with your pieces but the guild does not take
responsibility for breakages or property lost in transit. |
| |
|
|
|
|
|
We advise all posted
goods be adequately packaged and insured. |
| |
|
|
|
|
|
Submissions may be given to any committee member before the cut off date. |
| |
|
|
|
|
|
All teachers must be current financial members of the Guild. |
| |
|
|
|
|
|
Memberships are due
for renewal 1st November each year. |
