Joining Our Guild

Joining the Friends Through Folk Art Guild inc. is really very easy.

You can download the membership forms from the following links. The first choice is both the membership and payment form. The second is a membership form in PDF format.

Or if you wish you can simply select the membership form in the right hand menu. Fill it and the payment form in.
 
You then press the print button at the top left of your screen and this will print the form out for you. If you do not wish to print this will also return you to the main menu.

Send the completed form and a self addressed stamped envelope to PO Box 176 Penshurst NSW 2222 and we will send you your badge and membership certificate.

For those paying by credit card a convenient form (labelled to payment printout form at he top right of the screen) is attached to the membership form fill in your credit card details and print this out also. This should be placed in the stamped self addressed envelope along with the membership application and posted.

About Renewals

For those renewing their membership just fill in the membership form remembering to tick the renew button and post this along with your payment details to our address above.

Security Matters

All your information provided to us is very secure at all times. The fact that you fill in the membership and the payment form online does NOT mean any of your personal information is transmitted via the web. The system is nothing more than a form maker that allows you to print the forms out on your own printer securely within your own computer to make it easier to send them.
